Villiger Cigars proudly welcomes Robert A. Hernandez to the Villiger family as their Regional Manager for the great state of Texas.
A native New Yorker, Robert finished his education in the Dominican Republic and went on to work in the wine industry. After an award winning 20 year career, tobacco came calling. Robert’s grandparents owned tobacco farms in the Dominican Republic and like most like most tobacco men, it was hard to stay away from the family tradition.
Robert said,” The time honored craftsmanship and attention to detail in both wine and premium cigars is very similar. I am happy to represent a company like Villiger Cigars which is so steeped in history. I look forward to combining my background in wine education and sales with the passion for tobacco which is ingrained in my family.
