This is how it works. Open carry of your personal firearm is encouraged. Present your valid carry permit and your firearm, receive a 99¢ cigar to smoke in our lounge. Out of state customers, don’t bring your firearm if not permitted in Connecticut! We will honor your permit for the cut and light deal. No need to commit a felony to get a great Cigar for 99¢!
