Casa de Montecristo by Tampa Humidor Soho Cigar is dedicated to delivering a unique experience to our guests through the highest level of service, selection and quality.

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Store Manager with Hospitality (Bar/Retail/) who will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects of operations including delivering an ultimate premium cigar lounge experience to our guests through the highest level of service, selection, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve overall sales/profit goals through relationship building and stellar customer satisfaction.
* Oversees retail and bar/lounge operations in compliance with applicable legal / regulatory requirements and to company standards; ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of programs as well as meeting financial and operational objectives.
* Monitor and deliver store KPI’s (Sales, Average Order Value, Profits, Memberships, etc.)
* Full P&L responsibility. Monitors all expenses and costs within the store to achieve positive store contribution and be in line with the set budget objectives.
* Looks for ways to create added sales volume through product education, events, and outside partnerships. Plans and coordinates special events and promotions; including developing a calendar of activity.
* Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.
* Comply with Casa de Montecristo standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient store operations.
* Ensures visual standards are appropriate and support the brand image of the location.
* Ambassador for the brand within his/her market, being responsible for the location’s external relations within its competitive environment – marketing,merchandising, local activities, etc.
* Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the team.
* Educate and hold team accountable to company’s goals, visual merchandising directives, product knowledge and all federal, state and local regulations.
* Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
* Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

Qualifications/Skills
* 3 plus years of Hospitality/Retail experience with a history of success
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
* 4-year college degree in Business Administration a plus
* Strong visual merchandising skills
* Excels in a highly competitive, fast paced environment
* Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely
* Previous supervisory responsibilities required
* Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to the work force.
* Must have knowledge of tobacco and liquor laws and regulations
* Knowledge of premium cigars of plus
* As this is a retail tobacco shop, must be able to work in an indoor smoking environment.
