Sales/Clerk Position

Looking for part-time Sales Clerk (various shifts/days) to manage a lively boutique
cigar shop in a CIGAR-SMOKING environment. Must have Cigar knowledge to be
considered, and be trustworthy and reliable, and able to provide references. Full
background check is required to secure position. Equal opportunity employer, and we
welcome mature individuals (retirees/semi-retirees). Previous cigar sales experience
a big plus.

Potential candidates must possess excellent people skills, be energetic and
enthusiastic, and have a solid working knowledge of operating computers and software
(specific training will be provided). The work primarily entails:

– Greeting guests and offering assistance with merchandise questions and purchases

– Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and promotions offered

– Maintaining inventory control and protection

– Participating in departmental sales drives and special events.

– Performing shift housekeeping duties to maintain tidy appearance and comfort of shop

– Constructing and maintaining merchandise displays.

– Operating POS system

Again, potential candidates must have seasoned cigar knowledge to effectively
respond to customer questions and needs. — DO NOT RESPOND if you lack cigar
knowledge. We are Open 7 days a week from 12 noon till Midnight so different shifts
and days are available and flexible. We are conveniently located off of Rt17 and
Rt80 highways.

Salary: $10.00 /hour
