Team Building Skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Knowledge of premium cigars preferred
Functions: Retail Sales Management
Compensation:
Hourly, Sales Spiffs (paid to salesperson by manufactures to sell their product),
