Our Gala Event will take place at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park in Long island, NY. and feature 5 of Christian’s excellent cigars, a cocktail hour with amazing hors d’oeuvres, a 3-course Surf & Turf dinner, a top-shelf Open Bar, give-aways, raffles and so much more.
Here is just some of what to expect:
Champagne Upon Arrival & Open Bar,
*A huge variety of Passed Hors D’ Oeuvres including:
Beef Wellington, Baby Lamb Chops, Spanikopita, Risotto Arancini, Walnuts & Prosciutto, Tuscan Italian Antipasto and so much more,

*Main Course: Filet Mignon w/ Grilled Shrimp, Tied Vegetables & a Garlic Mashed Potato filled Casablanca Basket. Available on Request – Macadamia, Onion & Herb Encrusted Salmon
